Terms of use

The tools on this site are free and need no account. Using them means accepting these terms.

Who provides the service

Jose Miniño Diego. This is the point of contact for anyone using the site and for the authorities: write to wkielw@gmail.com. Messages are answered in Spanish or English.

What is not allowed

File sending and secret links store what you send for a while in order to deliver it to whoever has the link. They may not be used to:

• Share illegal content: child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, or anything that infringes copyright or other people’s privacy.
• Distribute malicious software, such as viruses, trojans or ransomware, or deceive someone in order to steal their data or money.
• Overload the service or get around its usage limits.

Everything is encrypted in the sender’s browser and the key goes in the link itself, so we do not review the content and cannot see it. The sender is solely responsible for what they share.

How to report abuse

If a link on this site is distributing something illegal or malicious, write to wkielw@gmail.com. Each file’s page has a “Report it” link that prepares the email. Include:

• The address of the link without the part after “#”, which is the key, or the file’s identifier.
• Why you believe it is illegal or malicious.
• Your name and a contact email, unless you are reporting child sexual abuse material, which you can do anonymously.
• A statement that you declare in good faith that the information in your report is accurate and complete.

What we do with a report

• We confirm that we have received it and look into it without delay.
• Where appropriate, we delete the file or the secret. Without the key we cannot see the content, so we decide on the basis of what you tell us and what we can check about the link.
• We tell you what we decided and why, at the email address you wrote from.
• If there are signs of a crime that threatens someone’s life or safety, we notify the authorities.

The site has no accounts and keeps no way of contacting whoever sends a file, so we cannot let them know that we have taken it down. Files are deleted automatically when they are downloaded or, at most, one day after they expire.

No warranties

The tools are provided as they are and free of charge. The calculators give estimates: check important figures with the relevant party before making decisions. A file or a secret may not arrive if the network fails or it expires before it is opened.
